A series of Landscape Photographs depicting the Israeli borders. I wanted to freeze these ever changing lines that define our state. The end result is to be printed on wax sheets with photographic emulsion using a special technique.
I have put a rule for the photographs: they should be as frontal as possible, depicting the landscape cleanly and objectivly, with the border (seen or invisible) runing through at mid frame - tthe bottom frame is within and the top beyond.
As of now I traveled to the South capturing the Borders of Jordan and Egypt which have already changed dramatically with the erection of the new fence against trafficking.
I hope to finish this series by traveling to the north capturing the borders of Lebanon, Syria and the Mediterranean Sea.
More to come soon.

Jordanian and Egyptian Borders. Bottom right: the borders crew.
