A Studio Sofash project - a series of photographs taken a few days after the great forest fire in the Carmel. Using the burnt forest as a backdrop we dressed and shot some lost and abandoned characters from children's tales including Bambi, Snow White, Hansel and the hunter from Little Red Riding Hood.

The pouring rain we encountered made the shot hazardous but contributed to the destructive and desolate feel of the photographs.
Interestingly, some academics took photos of us shooting in the forest and used these pictures in a lecture on the aftermath and consequence of the Carmel forest fire.
